"Stay Away – Unprofessional Hiring Process"
I went through Linnovate’s entire hiring process, which took nearly a month and was a complete waste of time. The process included:
1. HR Interview – Initial phone conversation.
2. Online Coding Exam – Standard programming test.
3. Take-Home Task – A time-consuming assignment.
4. Final On-Site Interview – In-person panel interview with the Tech Lead, Team Lead, and Project Manager.
After reaching the last stage and spending hours on their process, I was rejected because I “don’t have enough experience.” This decision makes no sense since my 3.5 years of experience was clearly listed on my CV from the beginning. If experience was a critical requirement, why take me through all these steps instead of filtering candidates earlier?
Overall, an unprofessional and poorly structured hiring process. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here.
