I was offered an interview and was really excited about the opportunity. However, I had to withdraw my application because the company informed me that colleagues occasionally bring their dogs to the office. It's important for companies to understand that allergies are health conditions, not inconveniences. Its important to be inclusive - I had to withdraw my application for this reason.
