1st round: A 15-minute phone conversation with a recruiter. Nothing complicated, mostly focused on the position and what they were looking for.
2nd round: After the phone screening, I was given online coding tasks. There were four in total. It was a take-home assignment, so nothing particularly challenging.
3rd round: One of the most senseless coding interviews. The AI-based coding task made little sense. Even though there were instructions, they did not clearly specify how to approach it. They mainly wanted to see how you would work through existing code using your personal AI tools. I was able to complete all the steps, but it was poorly organized.
I was not able to make it past the coding round.
