Interview
I would like to express my concern regarding the delays experienced in the management of the interview process, particularly within the HR department. The extended timeline for scheduling the interview consumed a significant amount of my time. Following the interview, I was informed that my application remains under review, but I have not received further updates on its status.
The interview process included an initial recruiter screening, followed by a hiring manager behavioral interview. The final round combined an additional behavioral interview with a SDR manager and a structured roleplay focused on discovery and objection handling.

Tell me a time when you didn't work well with someone
The recruiter was nice and gave prep material before every stage of the interview process. I wasn't very investigative on the mock call. you have to keep asking why and getting the pain point of the client
Recruiter was great. Hiring managers were awful. I interviewed for the sdr position in NYC. Stay far away from the managers Patrick Ryan and Ruthie Smorto, complete idiots, possibly the most disrespectful interviewers I ever dealt with.
