basic questions. prepping you for a "fast paced" job that quite honestly can be done by a teenager. Just tell them how much you love helping people and you're in. They will not be 100% honest about the schedule when asked - it changes day to day
Interview had questions related to your customer focused mindset and initiative. Be prepared to demonstrate your ability to work under pressure. When the interview ends with when can you start you're in.

Describe a time you handled a difficult situation with a customer and how you resolved it.
I did the phone interview for a remote position. Sounded like there would be 2 subsequent interviews following, one with the project head and one with someone else. There was also a writing task that was given to prove language fluency.
