I had a very disappointing and unstructured interview experience with this company. I went through three rounds, each lasting nearly an hour, and every round felt disconnected — with no clarity on role expectations or alignment between interviewers. Despite investing significant time and effort, I received no feedback or follow-up — not even a basic courtesy response. What's worse, a friend of mine also went through a similar experience with them. This level of unprofessionalism and ghosting reflects poorly on how the company values candidates' time and effort. I hope they work on improving their candidate experience moving forward.
