Limit Break International interview questions

I interviewed for a software engineering role and only interacted with the recruiter. For the initial scheduled interview, the recruiter did not join the call and I did not receive any communication explaining the absence. Later that day, I received a response and agreed to reschedule. For the rescheduled interview, the recruiter joined about 10 minutes late. The recruiter screen itself was more technical than I expected for an initial call. The interviewer spent a significant amount of time discussing having built the department from scratch, and the conversation felt more focused on personal accomplishments than on the role or team. Based on what was shared, the work hours sounded demanding. After the interview, I did not receive any follow-up communication. Overall, the interview process felt disorganized and left a negative impression.
