Lime Light Management Entry Level Management interview questions

After being overbooked for interviews, I waited over half an hour past my initial interview time to talk to an assistant manager that did NOT know enough about the company or business in general to answer most of my questions. Was unaware of what KPI's were, and when I informed him on what they were still could not answer my question (which came off as alarming). After some typical questions he was "so impressed" that he said he would move me to the second round without consulting with the other managers, which may have seemed nice if I hadn't literally heard him push everyone to the next round as well. The job did not match the job description and I left feeling scammed of my time
