Questions asked were somewhat relevant, but mostly linked to sales and the investor was keen on asking things like how do you measure success, how much is enough (typical insurance recruitment stuff) HR called me about a week later to tell me they decided to hire through an internal recommendation and are not hiring for the initial role anymore but the investor was keen to mentor me (aka. join his insurance org). All around, shady hiring practices so be warned.
