First you have to fill up a long form and answer many questions about code snippets in C#. Then you get an invitation to video interview to record yourself by a given deadline.

Group building session followed by induvidual presentations.
Skills interview with the head programmer followed by a 2:1 more general interview.
Very friendly company with a solid interview process and introduction to the people you would be working with.

Received an email to answer 12 questions in a video and send it via email, after completing the online applications and sending my CV. Online application was lengthy with some techinical questions and some general questions such as Why would you like to join? What are your strengths?
