I had an initial phone call with them, and in the interview, they asked me what my plans were to have children. They obviously don't know that it's illegal for them to be asking potential employees about their family status and plans for having children. It was obvious that they didn't want to hire someone who was going to be taking family leave. To me, that was a huge red flag. I would worn people to be weary about working for a company that doesn't know or respect employees rights.
