The interview process and interviewers are professional !
1st talking to talent sourcer via zoom. Then there will be several rounds of technical interviews via zoom. Two leetcode style coding rounds, a paper reading round and a machine learning problem design round.
Finally there will be an on-site interview including a 2.5 hour coding round to implement something and a behavior interview with manager.

Interview
I interviewed at LO in Dec 2025. The overall interview process took four weeks over the Christmas break. The recruiter and interviewers were all thoughtful during the process, which made me feel considered. They didn't ask too many domain-specific questions related to my ML background, but there was a paper discussion and a statistics-focused round. After all the interviews, the recruiter contacted me the next day, as I had received offers and needed to make a decision. The HR team was very responsive, which was definitely a plus.
