Interviewed sometime in July for a front end position. Was told that I could potentially fill front end developer position or UI internship. The internship required no software knowledge. I have quite a bit of front end expertise so I asked to be given the front end technical challenge. It took three days to complete. Questions involved SPAs. I believe I did fairly well on it. They got back to me a month and a half later saying the positions were filled but offered me to apply for a QA internship. I accepted(needed a job). They gave me another tech challenge which was ridiculously easy. Took me less than an hour. They offered me an on-site interview in two weeks. Their hiring process was a bit suspect so I asked if there were any earlier dates available so I could secure this spot. Three days later, I get the automated "Sorry but we have other candidates whose qualities better fit this position." I had a following with these people for about three months so that was a bit upsetting. As for the company itself, from what I hear they are pretty friendly but overtly in-your-face christian. Low pay but fairly easy work with little vertical or lateral movement.
