      Easy interview
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Folsom, CA) in Jan 2021

      Interview

It is a three part interview process. I went to a job fair for a new location, then the initial interview, interview with manager then final interview with General manager of the location you’ll be working at

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time

      Interview

The GM brings you in for an "interview" to insure you can memorize three lines of the mission and vision. The second interview is not an actual interview. Even though it is with the GM, the second part of the two part interview process is a way for the GM to accept/deny people on the GM's own personal opinion. For example, if you miss one word on the mission, the GM has an excuse for denying your employment due to "SOP".

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Can you recite the mission and vision?

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Colleyville, TX)

      Interview

3 Interviews. 1. Group interview: make a poster that describes you and what your believe in. I believe they want to see if your values align with their own. 2. Group interview: recite the mission, vision and objective statements with the GM for the club. Very simple, took 25 minutes and just chatted with the GM. 3. 1:1 with the DH and job offer.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They mostly ask about values in order to see if you believe what they believe.
