Applied online and was asked to do an interview virtually with the manager of the unit. Received an offer at the end of the interview. Mainly asked scenario/ behavioral questions and about my past experience with children.

Easy interview and questions. Questions were typical and asked about scenarios, previous experience, and why I wanted to work here. We went to one of the many management offices. Lady was nice and very young. Walked and toured facility after the interview, and she hired me on the spot. Unfortunately the job wasn't amazing.

How do you maintain a healthy lifestyle, in accordance to the Lifetime Fitness Way of Life?
very quick and fast. only asked a few questions about experience and different scenarios. It was positive and very nice. Was asked about my schedule and how I prefer to work also.
The interview process was simple and very straight forward. There were a couple over the phone questions and answers and then an in person interview. The in person interview lasted at most 30 minutes.
