Interview
First had to apply on the website, then got a phone call from the Lifetime Cafe Manager to set up an interview. Met with the manager and had the interview right in the cafe area. He asked me several questions about my prior jobs and how I handled specific problems that occurred. After I had a second interview with a manager in a different department. I had to memorize the mission statement of Lifetime and recite it.

Interview
Applied online and heard back less than a week to then attend a hiring fair to be interviewed first come first serve. Arrived and signed into a sheet with others on the list to check in. I was given a paper to write basic info and it had interview questions on the back. Manager was super quick and easy to talk to! Only had one interview and the process took over a month. Just practice situational questions and respond in a clear and upbeat/friendly manner and you'll get the job!

Tell me about a time when you had to learn on your own to get up to speed. How did you do that? How did you engage with others in order to be successful?
Give an example of when you worked collaboratively with others to accomplish an important goal. What was the goal or objective? What was your role in achieving this objective? What went well? What could you have improved on?

the hiring process is rigorous but weeds out the workers that arent right for the company , after working here for two weeks the workers are so kind so helpful everyone is amazing.

Interview
It is a basic behavioral interview. It's not too formal. Just look put together and you'll be fine. There are two interviews. One with the manager and then one with the general manager of the gym.
