It was a good experience. Asked about previous experience in working with children and why you would be a good fit. It is also important to be aware of the mission statement values of Life Time Fitness. There were 2 interviews. The first one was one on one and the second was a group interview.
Easy. Very simple for anyone, regardless of their experience. A key is to be genuine and energetic. Very informal as well, no need to go super formal in answers or attire.

Interview
Very simple, 15 minute phone interview asking about experience and availability. Then go in for a 15 minute "audition" with a class. The audition is a little more difficult but everyone is very nice. They are looking for creativity and interaction with the kids.
