Lidl interview questions

The application process was a positive experience overall. The manager was very professional, asked detailed questions about my background, skills, and working style, and made the interview feel structured, engaging, and comfortable.

They had an assessment round which was a group exercise for 1 hour in person, then an individual 1 hour interview including a presentation, then another 30 min individual interview including a short excel exercise
