Interview
All online tests and video interviews (standard for graduate schemes) before an assessment centre day in person. The assessment centre involved a presentation section, a conventional interview and then a networking session.
Lots of stages to the interview process. Telephone call, then an online assessment testing many different skills. After that it was an in- person assessment centre which was the final stage of the process.

Case study questions, review local stores and do SWOT analysis.
Online assessment, recorded video interview where you get 60 seconds to prepare then 3 minutes to answer, assessment centre with interviews and solo presentation where you get 45 minutes to prepare then around 20 minutes to present.
