Submitted my resume online through linkedin and was contacted by a recruiter to follow up. Had a phone interview with the recruiter which was pretty straight forward/more informational. Waited over two months to get scheduled for an in person interview. Completed one in person interview that was a casual panel standard interview questions. Was asked back to do a second interview with very quick turnaround time. Was also asked to prepare a power point presentation on the local grocery store market. Apparently making presentations a part of the interview process is their shtick. Was told I would hear something by the end of the week. The recruiter followed up and told me the company decided to pass on me because my presentation lacked attention to detail and that I was dressed unprofessionally (wear a suit or no one will take you seriously!)
