Interview
Very easy. Had the district manager and the store manager interviewing me. The district manager asked most of the questions and they were really nice and really sucked me in to believing to be part of a great new company, but the company should've waited to prepare bc it's not organized at all.
It was a conversation with the manager. He asked me about my experience, where I thought I’d be in 5 years, why I wanted to work there, and similar type interview questions.
Overall, it was a basic interview process. They asked about experience and why someone would be a good fit for the role. Just have some well-thought-out answers to common interview questions beforehand, and you should be fine.

Really easy interview process. Simple behavioral questions and scenario questions. Little to no pressure, very laid back. You should know the companies overall message and use that while interviewing for this position. Almost anyone can get hired, with or without experience.
