APPLIED ONLINE, WAS INVITED FOR AN INTERVIEW AFTER TWO WEEKS, I was than interviews over the phone in which I was successful. I attended the face to face interview few days later. the interviewer was nice and kept professional through out the interview. its easy if you are prepared yourself before attending the interview.
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
