I applied online sending my CV. Some weeks later I received an email invitation for a group job interview. Assessment with a group interview and then a one to one interview. The most important think I want you to know is that they are not recruiting you (if you are a graduate) for the area manager scheme job-even if the job ad states so!!!!!!!!!! they are just randomly interviewing people.

Question 1
During the group interview we have been asked to discuss some topic like what is leadership for you or how would you boost your team morale. We were 13 people, ranging from 50 years old people with strong background and experience and two or three graduates. A very broad age range and a variety of backgrounds and experience levels so that I was wandering why we were all sitting there toghether. The lidl manager then explained that that interview was not just for the graduate scheme in the area manager, but a "a bit of everything recruitment activity" which means they were just interviewing people just in case they will need someone in the future (......). Fair enough. Then we had to complete a group task which all of us failed miserably: putting together information that each of the group components had about a cetain topic and extract the right information to answer some questions.
After that we completed a math test and then a short one to one interview.
Ho fatto più volte la selezione, test colloquio conoscitivo e poi sono spariti, candidata molte volte per diverse posizioni ma non hanno dato mai una risposta dopo la call, ritengo una azienda molto serie e strutturata e speravo in una tempistica e modalità di risposta diversa
Ho avuto un semplice colloquio a telefono, dopo aver ricevuto i test online, e dopo circa un mese ho dovuto sollecitare più volte per poi scoprire di essere stato scartato, non si sa per quale motivo.
