There was a task I was asked to do ahead of interview, and they gave me some of the questions in advance. The interview was very structured so as to be fair, and lasted about 45 minutes.

Interview
The interview started well but then the tech didn't work and they could only hear, but not see, me. Added to which, one of the panellists kept disappearing and reappearing online, a bit like a Cheshire cat. However, instead of halting the interview to work out what was going wrong and then rescheduling, they decided to continue regardless, which I thought unprofessional. and inconsiderate, given the amount of preparation time I'd given to this opportunity.

They asked me whether I'd ever heard of the campaigning tactics, theories and philosophy of a US academic called Anat Shenker-Osorio - which I hadn't, because I'd not worked in human rights campaigning before.
The interview was more cerebral than I was expecting and about whether you'd read the right intellectual treatises and theories rather than your skillset and experience. As this was also a line management role, I was a bit surprised that this important function of the role wasn't discussed at any point.

Interview
A straightforward interview process - I filled in their online application form and heard back from HR with an invitation to the first round of interviews. I interviewed with a panel of three people who I would be working with directly. I heard back a week later that I did not progress to the next stage.
