HR reached out relatively quickly after I submitted an online application and scheduled a phone call with Elle Kaplan. After speaking with Elle on the phone she said someone would be in touch about an in-person interview; no one reached out and so I responded to my original HR contact who gave me the office location.
The in-person interview could best be described as "combative." Elle seemed very skeptical of my answers even though they were very straightforward. She also let slip that the job was essentially a glorified intern and that whoever landed the gig would be responsible for taking out the trash. There's nothing inherently wrong with tidying up an office, but the job description made the work sound much more substantive.
Her dog is nice, but I wasn't bothered when ultimately no offer was made. I would not have accepted after my in-person interactions with the CEO.
