The process took a month. I had an initial phone interview, then was told to do two separate behavioral assessments. I concur with what the other reviewer stated - the chally assessment in particular was a waste of time. Also, the recruiter or HR lady did not respond to my follow up emails which I found rude. Ultimately, they did not choose me because my scores were low. What they want are robots, really. If they’re willing to treat prospective employees like that, I can only imagine how they treat current employees. Also, they advertise as $40-50k when really it is $36k base salary.
