Offer and negotiation Everyone I met bolstered my confidence in the mission and team. They use a question script which helps interviewers avoid bias—you don't see this often at startups and it speaks to how thoughtful they are. They're honest about where they're at and have a lot of humility about how the product has evolved.

There was an initial phone call with recruiter, then a phone call with the hiring manager, then an on-site to meet the rest of the team. They were very quick and communicative.
