I had an excellent experience throughout the interview process. Communication was very transparent — I was informed about each step in a timely manner and always knew what to expect next.
The process consisted of three rounds:
First round – with the HR representative, where we discussed my background and motivations.
Second round – with the Team Lead, focused on my previous experience and approach to managing projects and teams.
Final round – with the Director, where we talked more about my leadership style, decision-making process, and how I handle challenges in complex projects.
There was no formal task or assessment, but the conversations were thorough and allowed me to present my experience and managerial skills in depth. The questions were well-structured and relevant to the role.
