Very simple
Quick conversation asking about past experience and interest in the role and knowledge of the company/events they have ran. Availability discussed and then basically offered the role. Nothing to worry about at all

Interview
Interviewer seemed threatened by someone who could actually deliver and do the job, with good knowledge of sales and a sports background. Interviewer spent most of the time talking about what they had achieved thus far which didn't seem like much..... Venue great, other interviewer lovely, don't think they will generate much If they don't get over their ego and employ people with experience, knowledge and confidence, they seem happy resting on their laurels....
