Learnlight ESL Teacher interview questions

A recruiter from Learn light phoned via Skype. She was so friendly and kind. She explained quite a bit about the company and what they are focused on and then asked me interview questions. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. No need to feel so nervous as I did haha

I applied online and we set up a time for a Skype interview. We set up a time for an interview and conducted the interview on Skype a couple of days later. The job description stated that, "ESL or other educational field qualifications and/or experience" is required. The first question the interviewer asked was how long I have been teaching. I replied that I had one year and 8 months of ESL experience and the interviewer quickly ended the interview saying that TWO year of experience is required and that I should apply again after I have 2 years of experience. I have been on many interviews and I had never had an interviewer been this rude to me and abruptly end an interview.
