Good process - 3 stages telephone interview with hr, 1st stage with manager and final stage with head of team. I liked that I didn have to wait long between each stage.

Interviewed by floor manager and team leader, easy interview was offered the job before I even got home. Asked about staff turn over and they said hardly anyone has left in 2 years, not the case.
