The process overall was disorganized. I went through three interviews. I had two different phone interviews after applying. I first spoke to the HR person. Next with the hiring manager. The third interview was in person at their office, but was poorly planned because even one of the people told me the time slot they had with me wasn't enough time and one person told me the order I was meeting people didn't make sense. The first person I met had zero questions for me and gave me the impression she didn't want to be spending time interviewing candidates for this position. Some of the other people who interviewed me seemed unhappy with their role and gave me the impression only those who had previous experience working together at past companies had great dynamics. It seemed for many it is difficult to feel like a full part of the LearnVest team. Before I left the in person interview I was told a time frame I would get feedback and was surprised when they told me there would still be just one person they forgot to schedule to meet me. As I left their office I decided I would focus on other roles I applied to that had more dynamic, enthusiastic and welcoming teams. I had forgotten they had not replied to me within the timeframe they had themselves offered during the interview for feedback. I eventually heard back, but even their way of communicating they wouldn't be asking me to progress didn't feel professional compared to every other company I have interviewed with. I regret that I invested time interviewing for this role.
