      Learning Strategist Interview

      17 Aug 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Fort Lauderdale, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Learn iT! (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Jul 2020

      Interview

The interview process was pretty lengthy, but every step was very well thought out in order to make sure the candidates are a great fit. Especially with a lot of the positions being remote, having the right people they can trust is important. It first composed of a phone call with my potential manager, followed by an analysis of a sales discovery call where I was to provide feedback and a sample of what my follow-up email would look like. Then, I took a personality assessment to determine strengths and areas for growth. The assessment was followed by a mock-sales discovery call with some Q&A at the end. In the following days I held a meeting with the sales manager and CEO to review my experience, ambitions and goals, etc. The final stage of the interview process was to review compensation.
