Spoke with recruiter, then passed a logic/personality assessment, to then speak with the hiring manager. Received positive signals, confirming that I showed relevant experience, but was still not passed through after this point.
Kindly asked for feedback--highly valuable in today's job market--and head nothing.
FYI: Company is going through a merger and returning back onsite so not "remote" for much longer.
Very positive experience, fast and open feedback from the recruiter & very-well organized. Five stages (including case study): Assessment, Recruiter, Manager, Manager+Director, C-Level+VP.
Fast feedback, open & professional communication, smooth process - also thanks to the Recruiter, who was genuinely helpful and pro-active.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at LeanIX (Amsterdam) in May 2024
Interview
1. First screening call with the Talent Acquisation
2. She then put me forward and sent me cognitive test & personality test which I spent time to practise on (not doing these every day).
3. 30min interview with the hiring manager
4. I was then given a task (presentation to prepare for) front of the hiring manager and his peer. I was given 15min time slot for the presentation.
5. Peer interview with the team members to evaluate whether I would be the right fit for the team
6. News from the Talent Acquisation contact
Overall exhausting process in comparison to other company interview processes, but I appreciated that I was given feedback at the end and not being ghosted.
