The interview process was well-structured, professional, and transparent. It felt engaging, insightful, and highly organized. The panel was welcoming, knowledgeable, and respectful, asking relevant and thought-provoking questions. Communication was clear and timely, and the overall experience was encouraging, informative, fair, and confidence-boosting for an aspiring insurance agent.
The interview process was average. First it was Test, written essay, phone interview, physical interview 1 with HR, Physical interview 2 with Customer Service Head and the deputy of Customer Service executive,training and development.

direct and simple with a panel of 3- 5 interviewer including their HR personnel.the questions are more analytical and practical than theoretical. which make the interview simple and straight forward.
