Handed resume in and got a call for a trial shift when i completed the shift I handed in tax forms and was put on the roster for the next week. I started the day after my trial shift

Interview
Didn’t have one, they only asked me to come in and have a trial straight away. So basically I got the job without having to undergo the interview process, and was able to start working straight away.
