Had multiple interviews before being completely ghosted for 3 months (no reply to my follow-up emails). I eventually received a system-generated email that I was no longer being considered for the position. It’s truly mind-boggling that a company would not even send a personalized and/or timely rejection email after investing the time to conduct 3 interviews. If HR is this bad at handling the recruiting process, how bad must it be to work at this company?

Interview went well. I worked with staffing agency to get an interview. Took a tour of plant and met with different managers. Interview with HR and Production manager. They provided cake during lunch.
