Applied online through their website, and within a week I was called in for an interview. The interview was quite good and was done by my eventual manager and the HR manager. They didn't ask very many technical questions, they were more concewrned about my personality, which was good. My manager seemed very laid-back and cool. Within a day, I was called back and offered the position.
