Interview
Hiring process consisted of three interviews. The first two interviews are 30mins, meet and greet basically with the founders of the company. The last interview is a technical interview, you are asked to present a project of yours and show some code.

Question 1
Generic questions like any other interview. They really focus on asking if you are willing to take extra duties, e.g. sales or marketing. This is due to them being a new company and understaffed. The answer to these question(s) are how willing you arw to do multiple things for roughly 40k a year.
