As a company, we care about our current, and potential employees, and their experience matters to us. We are sorry that this candidate did not have a pleasant experience interviewing with us.
This interview was set up as a Skype interview because the candidate was out of town. We experienced problems with the Skype connection and with the computer we were using. Upon connecting with the candidate we explained the issue and proceeded with the interview. Following the interview, we sent a contract-to-hire offer to the candidate for their consideration. He declined and we respected his decision.
