Interview
The first interview is around 45 minutes via zoom, asking two to three of questions about yourself and around 3 behavioural response questions. Prepare by writing responses to generic interview questions beforehand.
Straightforward and positive. Although I wasn’t offered the job at hand I was given great feedback and advice to take with me to my next interview. The process from start to finish was clear and everyone I met or interacted with was professional and helpful.
