Got a phonecall and then I was invited over after just a few days. The interviewer was very kind and professional and it was an enjoyable interaction. The interviewer was interested about my people skills and language skills, but the former seems to be much more important in this job.

How do you encourage people to speak up and participate in a discussion?
Nice and easy. Interviewer is very nice. Interview was over the phone and then in person. Easy questions mostly focusing on the communication and social skills. Be prepared for the vague and abstract questions like what is your favorite color?
They receive you at their office. First we did an interview on the phone and they invited me to an interview at the their Headquarters. It was a smooth process.
