Ladder Digital interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter and had a 1 hour long first interview which I started with them being transparent about the fact they had already filled the position but were still interested in knowing me better for future opportunities. The chat was quite informal, as if they were trying to understand if I could have been a good fit culturally rather than getting in the nitty gritty of the technical side of things. Overall, a good experience.
