Labcorp Senior Principal Statistical Programmer interview questions

45 mins phone screen with recruiter went through detail of career background, CDISC and TA experience. Recruiter did not call on time and went over time and I have to push my next meeting. Then 1hr video interview with 3 interviewers to go through career background, SAS and experience. It was an video interview but none of the interviewers turned on the camera and one of the interviewer did not call in and I have to do a separate interview with her. Recruiter gave the wrong expression that they were hiring different level of programmers and would try to put me in a proper level.
