I applied online directly on the Labcorp website. About 2 weeks later, I first received a quick phone screening with a recruiter. After that I was scheduled an in person interview with a supervisor/manager 3 days later.

Question 1
They asked a few behavioral questions such as tell me about a time you went above and beyond. A time when you had time restraints or had to work under pressure. A time when you didn't understand a work assignment given to you.

Interview
Applied online and received a call about 3 weeks later to do an in person interview. Met with dept supervisor and dept manager. Interview lasted about 1 hour. I was told I would hear something in 2 weeks. It’s been almost one month, I’ve followed up with the manager to only get the runaround.

I got a called from the hiring supervisor. I had a face to face interview!! She asked me about 15 questions and gave me a tour of the lab. 4 days later got a Job Ofter.
