The interview is conducted by a supervisor in whom corresponds to the applied role. It consists of basic questions regarding work ethic, accuracy, and team dynamic. The questions require you to explain how you would manage a variety of conflicts that occur in a common work environment. There are typically 10-12 questions that should expend up to 15-20 minutes.

I applied online. I interviewed at Labcorp (Eye, Suffolk, East of England, England)
Interview
Initially a 10 minute phone call interview. Then an on site interview was arranged.
Staff off and on annual leave after wanting email confirmation of interview. I had to call the lab to confirm the interview and asked for the talent acquisition number to talk about arrangements for the interview but the person at the lab claimed to not know the number. This makes it impossible to get anything put in place if you are disabled or neurodivergent which is not a good look for any company especially one which apparently prides itself on being inclusive.
Not being deterred I arrived for an on site interview only to be told the person the interview had been arranged with was off and on holiday. Lovely! Waited while finding out if I was even going to have an interview. I got passed about from person to person for a lab tour then had an interview after with two different staff members. One of the interviewers was almost constantly rolling their eyes particularly in response to the career aspirations question. Worst interview experience I’ve ever had, left me with a negative view of the company and would advise anyone with an ounce of self respect to steer well clear.
Had a separate interview over the telephone for another position and the interviewer was 15 minutes late calling with no apology whatsoever! Complete shambles and massive red flags!
