I first applied online and was contacted for a phone interview. After the phone interview I was selected to meet with management for a panel interview. The questions asked were behaviora in nature.

The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Labcorp in Feb 2012
Interview
Initial phone interview from head-hunter; then face-to-face with 3 different managers (1 hour each). Behavioral based questions. "Name a time when you.....and what was the result....?"
Initial process seemed to go well, just never heard anything back from them. I think this is probably typical (it is becomming typical across the board, in all industries, unfortunately).
