Two stage interview. One screening interview with HR asking general questions and one with department applied to with technical questions. Department interview involved a visit to site with a tour of the department.
There were two interviews back to back. The first interview was with a team of supervisors, about two to three people and the second interview was with company leadership, about two to three people.

Give an example of a time you had to resolve a mistake you made? How did you address it?
STAR type questions. Not fun. Interviewers were judgmental and rude. It was pretty awkward the whole time. I was interviewed by 2 people at the same time. Couldn’t wait to leave.
