I hired internally. I interviewed with the Support Services Manager, the technical director, the General Manager and HR. There was not a written exam just personal interviews. Everyone was very nice and professional. The questions were mostly based around my previous experiences in a laboratory setting and problem resolution skills necessary for the job.
