I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Labcorp
Interview
I was called in for an in-person interview after a quick phone screener. The interview last approximately 30 minutes. I believe Labcorp does not do a lot of in house interviews for some of their positions so there is a chance that you will be interviewing with a staffing agency and LabCorp takes there word on whether you'd be a good fit. This is likely only for the non-technical positions also i know some people where direct hire already so experience may vary.
The interview process for the specimen processor was a very easy process. It only took at 20 mins and my interviewers were very nice and made me comfortable. The most relaxed interview I have ever been on
It was very informal, a tour of the laboratory and a run down of the day to day duties and responsibilities. It lasted for about an hour. Very low stress.
It was an easy process. Not to many questions asked. Just about experience and they went over what was expected for the position. Asked if I was quick with learning , if I was adaptable to new environments.
